We loved our time at Hyatt Amritsar and will come back on our next visit. Bani deserves a special thank you for the amazing hospitality and for arranging everything to make our special day even more special. The hotel is conveniently located, with local attractions a short drive away. The mall right next door was handy for food options and shopping. Our little one also enjoyed the play area in the lobby, which we used several times. Every staff member was super friendly and gave us great hospitality. The restaurant food was good, with local dishes available at breakfast. Our rooms were super clean, with attention to detail, and were serviced daily, including turn down service.

I stayed one night at Hyatt Regency Amritsar, and everything felt smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. I’d happily come again. I kept expecting a feedback survey but never got one, so I wanted to mention Arsheen at the front desk. He was polite, professional, and helpful throughout, and his outstanding hospitality made the stay memorable. Thanks for a lovely experience!

The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had, with fresh local dishes and, of course, chai. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water and the shuttle transfer to golden temple every morning and evening. My room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a stunning city view. From arrival, the staff were warm and professional, greeted me by name, and offered great local recommendations. The stay exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend Hyatt Regency Hotel for comfort, luxury, and hospitality. I can’t wait to return!

We stay here regularly, and the whole crew provides exceptional service. The hotel is very clean, and they go the extra mile to meet guests’ requests. The breakfast spread is marvellous. Chef Mayank and team know how to keep our hungry bellies happy!
