There was no warm water in winter, and the service and facilities were third-rate. The hotel had no standard cleaning procedure. Worst hotel ever.

We arrived late, after dinner service had ended, but the team still arranged food for us. The service was amazing, and the food was delicious. Room service was decent too. The Golden Temple is an easy enough distance from the hotel if you're planning to visit.

The food was really tasty, and the place itself was pleasant. The staff were polite and well behaved. Thanks to Captain Mr. rajinder and Chef Mr. Virendar for guiding us.

We were meant to check in at 2 pm but only got there at 1 am. Even so, the staff arranged dinner so nicely. The service was awesome, and the food especially was fabulous.
