When one of our friends became ill late at night, the owner drove us to the hospital in his own car and stayed with us the whole night. We didn't know the city, so that help meant a lot. He is a very nice person, and the staff were cooperative. The hotel and its facilities were very nice too.

The manager and staff are cheaters. They don't honor bookings made through OYO or other online portals, then at a late-night check-in they pressure you and demand a higher price. I complained to OYO management about it. I would never recommend this hotel.
