OYO 65542 Hotel Kd Inn

The owner's arrogant behavior and the staff's negligence ruined the whole trip. We booked through OYO customer care so we wouldn't run into hassle at the last minute, but the owner was away and the staff were handling things. We checked in one day after the booking and still none of the rooms had been cleaned. They offered us a room with a leaking ceiling, and it seemed every room was either dirty or leaking. After repeated requests we got an OK room, but its tap kept leaking, the cupboards were dirty, and the AC didn't work. They couldn't even find the key. We had to ask a million times before they arranged one from somewhere. On the second last day, while we were out on the trip, they called to ask why we hadn't checked out. We said we were meant to leave the next day, and they claimed we hadn't confirmed that. We shouldn't have had to confirm it, they should have kept track of how long the room was booked for. Later the owner insisted we change rooms. When we objected, he rudely said, 'Nikaal thode hi raha hu, change karwa raha hu, ye room to mai 3-3.5k me dunga'. The room was barely worth that much, and only a stupid person would pay so much for this box of garbage. We protested but got nowhere, and he moved us to another room. Never go to this hotel, and never book through OYO either. I've had this kind of issue multiple times now.
