They added charges that hadn’t been clearly explained when we booked, which felt unfair and misleading. When we asked about the fees, the staff were rude instead of helping, and their service was poor and unprofessional. Ghattiya ghattiya ghatttiyaa. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I had no trouble dealing with the hotel staff, who were cooperative with me. The issue seemed to be with Oyo rather than the hotel: they didn’t provide amenities like an LCD, towel, or soap, and I feel Oyo is responsible because they never check anything. For a service like this, charging 300 per day is a lot, so I blame Oyo rather than the owner.

I waited more than two hours for a towel, and the room phone didn’t work, so I had to go to reception whenever I needed anything. The room itself was poorly maintained and unclean. The LCD didn’t work, the bathroom flush was broken, and the AC was either switched off by staff or not working properly. They’d promised everything would be in working order before check-in, but that wasn’t true. The service was poor, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even basic comfort.

The room had a cockroach, the bathroom flush was clogged, and there was no hygiene in the room. The receptionist was very harsh.

I stayed on 05.12.2025, and it was the worst. I didn’t feel safe there at all, so don’t go. The woman at reception behaved badly too.
