Shiva residency

The rooms and service were good, and the staff on duty both day and night were good. Ansh was especially helpful, thumbs up for him.

The service was the worst, the rooms were dirty, and the bathroom bucket was broken.

We paid for three rooms at Fab Aryan grand and they confirmed the booking. They also called several times to check when we’d arrive. But once we got there, they took us to a different, lower-standard property, Shiva residency, with dirty beds and bathrooms, cockroaches, and a heater that didn’t work. I still haven’t received a refund for my original booking, and I had to pay more for the lower-standard place. Never book here. This was a fraud and a cheat.

The hotel is okay, and the main person at reception is a good person. But the service overall isn’t good; it takes two or three calls to get one thing done. It wasn’t cost efficient, either. They don’t provide drinking water, only packaged water. An okay place, nothing more.
