My business friend stayed here for four days after I mistakenly booked it for him, and it turned into his worst hotel stay. The music went on too loudly until 1:30 a.m., then there was no hot water from the geyser in the morning. When he raised the hot water issue, reception told him to wait or said they couldn't do anything. He asked for the advance payment for the remaining three days back, but the hotel refused. I feel sorry for anyone dealing with this kind of hospitality. If I could give negative stars, I would. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Even a dharamshala might be better, since at least they have hot water for bathing.

The rooms themselves are very good, but that's about all. We asked several times for a bucket and they couldn't provide even one. Service is poor, and the way they speak and act toward customers needs a lot of work. They have signs in the rooms about customer satisfaction, but that doesn't match what happens in practice. I wouldn't recommend it for a family stay.

I've stayed here often and think it's worth trying. It's fine for couples and families, though booking at the counter feels a bit overpriced. If you're lucky, you may find it online for around 1500. Some staff can be arrogant, and room service is slow at times. A pool would make the place even better.

The food tastes great, though the prices are more like a five-star hotel. A cup of tea costs 99/- ☹️ The property is decent but isn't maintained well. Unless you bring up the issue, they may leave a dirty or old bedsheet with long hairs on it. The rooms smell, and the bathroom ventilation goes into the room, even though they use a good exhaust fan.
