The room had everything I needed and was comfortable, clean, and well kept. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was spot on, close to everything I wanted. I had a wonderful stay.
We’re staying in 202 at the moment. The owner has been friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The place is comfortable and well maintained, and I’ve had a wonderful experience here.
The room was spacious, with a large bathroom, a closet, trash can, TV, and a table with three chairs. It was pretty cold. The mattress smelled a little, so I put an extra blanket over it. At check-in, reception asked to make a copy of whatever ID I was carrying. Reception service was great. If you arrive by vehicle and park at the building entrance, ask the receptionist to direct you to the hotel parking lot.
In Anakkara Main Town, Idukki District, near the HP Pump. Good service and a clean, neat hotel. The front reception area has normal parking space, and the restaurants and room are well maintained. The bathroom was clean. Good climate, and the staff and management were very helpful.
