Hotel Airlink Castle

The hotel staff were very polite and inclusive. They even played with my one-year-old son, which helped us feel more comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the rooms exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is great, though the surrounding locality doesn't feel quite at the same level. The driver could take us from the main public road, since the other road gives a lower-level locality impression.

The staff were courteous and attentive, and they cleared plates quickly. The ambience was comfortable and pleasant, and there was a fairly broad selection of local and continental dishes at dinner. I enjoyed the dessert, but having only one option was disappointing and really the only drawback I noticed. I’d gladly go back for this buffet and recommend it to anyone after a quality dinner buffet in the area.

Close to Kochi Airport, this hotel made for a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and up to the standard I'd expect of a five-star hotel, with a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. I can't point to anything negative.

Housekeeping was told in writing what items and services I needed, but nothing arrived, and nobody followed up or took responsibility. The bathroom drainage was completely blocked, so I couldn't even have a proper bath. On top of that, the windows offered no soundproofing. Traffic and buses made noise all night, and it felt like trying to sleep by the roadside. Proper rest was impossible. My stay at Airlink Castle was stressful and uncomfortable, well below even basic expectations. Given the premium price and the way the hotel is marketed, I expected better service, cleanliness and basic facilities. I can't recommend it to other travelers.
