Elite Palazzo

The rooms are spacious, with clean and comfortable toilets, and there’s plenty of car parking. We also enjoyed tasty food from the restaurant. The staff were friendly, and two young boys handled reception amazingly. One of the best hotels in town for a pleasant stay.

The service was really good, with three staff on duty who were polite, patient, and professional. I wish I’d got their names. Food was great too: the fresh, generous veg salad and a soft, fragrant vanilla muffin were lovely. I started with soup, then had the Chicken Steak with Mushroom Sauce. It was juicy, cooked just right, and the best steak I’ve had. The mushrooms on top were superb 🍄👌🏻. I did miss the mashed potatoes a little 😔, though the veggies and fries worked well. Big kudos to the chef 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. A very enjoyable café meal with a warm feel 🌟😘.

The bathtub was dirty, with visible stains, and the staff were rude and arrogant. I’d asked specifically for a Jain breakfast, but they couldn’t provide even one Jain item. They made me wait 25 minutes before telling me it wasn’t possible, when they could have said so much sooner. Customer satisfaction didn’t seem to matter here, and I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel.

We were going to book four rooms for a week while attending a program at nearby Apollo Adlux. Before booking, we stopped the car by the roadside near the hotel to make the online reservation. There was plenty of room and we weren’t blocking anything, but security came over right away, shouting and brawling with us to move. The aggression was completely unnecessary. We and several other teams with us cancelled our plans and stayed elsewhere. Being treated like that before even going inside makes me wonder what the service is like for guests.
