I used to come here regularly for almost two years, and the service was good at first. But after my last three visits over the past three months, I've decided to boycott the hotel. The staff aren't genuine...

I went today, 22.02.26. If I could give it minus one star, I would. Just avoid it, even roadside dhabas are better!

The restaurant and reception staff were especially kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the pool was clean. They also surprised me with a cake for my birthday. I'd recommend it for families.

I enjoyed the stay. One suggestion: they should offer half portions to cut down on food waste. We asked for half the quantity at the full price so we wouldn't waste food.
