Ann's Blue By OYO Rooms

The staff were so quick to step in whenever we needed something during our two months in India. They helped with everything from getting a SIM card set up to sorting out a problem with a shady travel shop owner and arranging rides. The room was spacious and clean, with a large fridge, TV and AC. We'd happily stay again.

The only real plus was the location, close to Anjuna, Vagator and Baga. Our stay itself was poor. We got no water or toiletries for three nights, and cleaning barely happened. We ate dinner on the first night, but the plates and other things sat there until day three. Then they moved us to another hotel because a regular customer wanted our room. At least that place was clean and had better service than Ann's blue. Two families in the room next to ours had a loud fight one night, and the staff did nothing to stop it or respond. The caretaker also seemed drunk most of the time.

There's plenty of greenery around the hotel, and Anjuna beach is an easy walk away. The washrooms were clean and kept in good shape, which is why I gave it three stars. The rooms, though, looked very different from the photos online and weren't up to the mark. There's a lot that could be improved for guests' comfort.

A peaceful spot to relax, and the rooms are in good condition. The price felt too high, though, and they should take care of cleaning every day. I'm planning to visit again next month and will update my rating based on that stay.
