The house was huge, with beautiful, comfortable furniture, and we spent lots of time relaxing and drinking by the gorgeous pool. The AC was cold and the water pressure was good. Rohim, our host, went above and beyond, delivering on everything we asked for. Deepak and Prashant, the two caretakers, helped us with so many things and did top-notch work, including some delicious cooking. We had a wonderful week and I’d highly recommend staying here.

I’ve been coming here on vacation since 2022 and would like to visit again soon. It’s an awesome place, and Ms. Fatima is a gracious coordinator. Deepak, the property caretaker, is very helpful and did a fabulous job preparing breakfast. Highly recommended.

Deepak and Jay are excellent caretakers, professional, respectful, and great cooks. The pool area is fantastic for relaxing, and the location is great. The property is spacious and works well for a big group or family. This was my second time renting it, and I hope to return soon. Highly recommended. Thank you Ranjeet, Bernard, Deepak and Jay.

The caretakers, Deepak, who also cooks, and Jai were excellent and stayed available even when we got back late at night. The villa is near Anjuna Beach. It’s quite old, but has a vintage Portuguese feel. My family had a great vacation here, and I’d definitely recommend it as a place to stay in Goa.

Deepak and Jay were excellent hosts, and their breakfast was really tasty. Don’t miss it, or the special dishes they can prepare on request. The villa is well kept, including the rooms and pool, and it’s in a perfect spot close to Anjuna beach. Excellent place, highly recommended for parge groups.
