Prasanna, who runs the villa, was soft spoken and always willing to help during our four nights there in peak monsoon. The beach is only about two minutes away, with plenty of cafes nearby. There’s a kitchen for tea, coffee, and basic cooking, plus a water filter. The only problem was a damp smell throughout, which seemed to be from the monsoon. Otherwise, everything was fine and I’d stay again.

Bunkd Homestay Villa has a peaceful feel and is nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and made sure I had what I needed. It’s well placed for the beach and local attractions, and I’d recommend it to anyone after a quiet break in Goa.
