Once we raised the problems, the villa management didn’t respond, so we had to involve MMT customer support. We were moved to another villa that evening, and that one was good. The shared pool is only open until 7 or 7:30 at most. The first villa was old and looked nothing like the management’s photos. The AC wasn’t working when we checked in, and the electrician still hadn’t fixed it after four hours. The washroom was dirty, with pee drops on the toilet seat, and the broken washbasin drain spread waste water across the floor. Electrical switches were loose and coming out. To start with, we hadn’t even received booking confirmation from management. It was a horrific experience.

The location is good and the staff are friendly, but privacy is an issue. It gets very noisy when the hotel is full.

The rooms are in really poor condition. It’s a long way inside from the main road, and getting there at night is difficult.
