Bliss Water Resort

Mr. Vilas really saved our stay. The restaurant service was so slow that he stepped in and served us himself. Employees like Vilas Sir are rare, and the hotel management should take good care of him. Our room was very nice and the cleanliness was absolutely top-notch. The stay began badly, though. Another family got a shell garland welcome, while we weren’t even offered a basic welcome drink, which felt like clear unequal treatment at check-in. The dining service stayed painfully slow, and many items on the menu weren’t available. Booking a package with lunch and dinner as well as breakfast was a big disappointment, so I’d save the money and choose breakfast only. The spa is right by the gym, and the loud music and gym noise completely spoil the relaxing atmosphere. Staff also didn’t tell us about drink offers when we ordered in-room dining. The hotel could cut waste by switching to wall-fixed toiletries and handwash dispensers, keeping only the dental kits separate. The restaurant needs a major overhaul in service speed and food availability.

Subho did lovely room decorations that made our stay even more special. Thanks as well to Villas Gawwas for making the booking process smooth. At Nanu Resort, the rooms were hygienic, clean, and beautifully maintained, with an absolutely beautiful outdoor view. The food quality was outstanding, and the service was truly excellent. The staff were polite, helpful, and professional. We had a wonderful stay, and I’d highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Goa. 🫰🏻

The location was the downside for us. Nanu Resort Arambol isn’t beach facing, and there isn’t much happening nearby, so you’ll need to travel a bit to get to the beach or lively spots. The rooms were excellent, clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the staff were polite and helpful. The food was decent, nothing special but it did the job. A comfortable stay if you care more about service and comfort than a beachside or vibrant setting.

Krishna did a fabulous job decorating our rooms beautifully for our anniversary and my daughter's birthday. Vilas sir, Amey sir and Yogita madam were kind, caring, and excellent at making sure we had a comfortable stay. I strongly recommend Nanu resort Arambol. Thanks for a very memorable visit, we’ll come back soon.
