For 4k a night in peak season in November 2023, I thought it was value for money. Service was quick and satisfactory on the two occasions I asked. The AC worked very well, and the balcony was spacious, though my room didn’t face the pool and the view wasn’t anything special. The restaurant and pool were good, but there weren’t any notably good restaurants or cafes nearby. Mandrem Beach is about a 10-minute walk. The sunbeds were few and uncomfortable. My room was visibly dirty, with spider webs in several spots, and the sheets had holes. The bed was very soft, so anyone with back problems should avoid it. They only include 1L of water, then charge 40/- per litre. I don’t see how that small amount is worth risking a poor customer review. It was an okay place, no surprises.

We had a room with a private balcony, and the resort also has a pool that guests can use free from 9am-9pm. Mandrem Beach, with some of Goa’s most serene and clean water, is an 8-minute walk away. There’s parking, and the resort staff can handle it if you leave them your keys. The restaurant sits beside the pool and serves decent breakfast and dinner. The room was clean and the service was great.

The pool is a real plus, since it’s shaded and comfortable to use throughout the day. Rooms are nicely built and spacious, with options to suit what you’re after. My one complaint is the restaurant food. It was very average, and it seemed like theybuse the same curry for all the vegetable dishes.

We lost four pairs of clothes at this resort, and they denied it. We also paid Rs 20000 in advance for two days, but after we decided to leave early, the manager said Rs 9000 would be refunded. It still hasn’t happened. When I call Ram, he sends me to Karthik in accounts. Karthik often doesn’t answer or call back, and when he does, he says he’s in an important meeting and promises to speak to accounts. Then he kept delaying, stopped responding, and blocked my number. I believe he took the 9k from accounts for personal use, though he continues to promise the money will come. We left because of lizards and the lack of proper beaches and shacks nearby. We stayed in November 2023. There was no access road, the resort looked like an old abandoned house from outside, and we were greeted by a bunch of lizards at the doors. Other nearby restaurants and resorts were exceptionally good, unlike this one. Don’t fall for fake management and false promises. This was the worst experience ever. Don’t judge by the resort pictures. Find somewhere better for your vacation.
