The staff made the stay for us. Rajesh sir and Anita mam were so caring and supportive while we asked about rooms and made our reservation, they made us feel like family. Everyone was polite, helpful and available for guests 24×7. The property was very clean, with a big, lively swimming pool. We had a comfortable, pleasant stay at Park Regis and highly recommend it.

Breakfast at Park Regis Goa was amazing, with lots of tasty choices. Sudipta looked after us so well, polite and attentive, making sure everything was perfect and responding quickly to our requests. His friendly, warm service made the morning better and helped us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. Thanks, Sudipta, for making it so memorable. We'll definitely visit again and recommend Park Regis Goa to others! 🌟

The room was dusty, and there was waste left behind, so it was clear housekeeping hadn't been done. Even the AC room we booked provided no cooling. I called reception 8 times about it, but no technician came. My requests for room service were ignored, and the food was poor and barely edible. With the dust, heat and lack of service, the room was uninhabitable. I rarely write reviews this negative, but I feel I have to warn people. This was the worst room experience I've had. The hygiene and maintenance were shocking, and management seemed not to care about guests or basic cleanliness. Save your money and sanity, stay somewhere else. No one should ever stay here.

The rooms are spacious and well maintained, and the buffet and lavish pool are worth enjoying. The place, facilities and staff were amazing. I hope to come back soon.

The location made things easy. Famous cafés and popular spots are nearby, and the area felt completely safe even late at night. Food, essentials and rental vehicles were conveniently available right at the hotel entrance. Staff were friendly, polite and always there to help, with fast, efficient service. We stayed in a premium room, which was clean, comfortable and beautifully designed. The bathtub was relaxing and well maintained, and the swimming pool was clean, had a lovely ambience, and the music gave it a great vibe for unwinding. We had a wonderful, memorable stay and enjoyed every moment. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Goa.
