We went to Goa with friends recently and stayed here as a group of nine. Three bedrooms fit us comfortably, and the other amenities were good. The furniture and cutlery were clean and in good condition. I’d recommend it for a big group.

At 4000 a night, we rented the one-bedroom apartment and were happy with the room service and cleanliness. There’s a shared pool and free Wi-Fi too. For more than three people, I’d choose this over a 3-star hotel.

A horrible stay, and a total waste of money. The Wi-Fi never worked and we got no service at all. The supervisor was arrogant and rude, acting like once we’d paid, we could either stay or leave. The security guards were rude too, while the staff said nothing about how they treated guests. Management seemed very focused on money, and the amount they charge can be triple if you’re new to Goa. You can find plenty of villas or farmhouses with private pools for that price. This review is based on our bad experience during the stay.

I keep coming back to this apartment and always enjoy staying here. It’s peaceful and has a homely feel, with a nice swimming pool to unwind in and a prime location. Abhinav, the host, is kind and sweet, and made sure I was comfortable. Good value for the price, and I’d recommend it.
