The rooms at The Grand were new and comfortable, and the modern feel, impressive banquet halls, and food quality made it a strong venue for events in Asansol. The reception and ambiance were excellent. Some junior staff, though, seemed untrained, and the service could be smoother for a place of this standard.

It’s in a very convenient spot, right beside G.T road. The staff were polite too.

The rooms have a nice vintage feel, even though the property itself is very old. Service was good, but the rooms aren’t maintained well.

Friendly staff were quick to respond, and the Wi-Fi and air conditioning both worked perfectly. The room was clean, roomy, and just as described, with a comfortable bed. Great value for the money, and I’d stay again.

I enjoy staying at this hotel. It’s very good, and I can’t think of anything bad about it.
