The staff’s behavior was appalling. Wedding rituals are time-sensitive and complicated, but they showed no awareness of that. Their inability to manage tasks under that kind of pressure made this the worst place to host a wedding or other festivities.

The hotel is in a great location, but the service was below what I’ve had at other 3-star hotels nearby. The bathroom was missing a bucket and mug, the geyser didn’t work, and nobody changed the bed cover until I asked. The telephone was out of order, and the TV set-top box hadn’t been recharged. At Rs. 2500 a night, I expected better facilities and service. The stay didn’t deserve even one star.

The unlimited buffet was delicious, and the staff were responsive and pleasant to talk to. The hotel is right on the main road, very close to the bus stand. I had a nice stay.

At Tulsi the pure veg Resturant, the food is completely vegetarian, and they also have amazing No onion No garlic starters and Indian dishes. The two pictures I shared are of a veg platter and sizzling browni with ice cream, my favourites.

The rooms are pathetic, and the service is just as bad. The hotel staff are very rude. It’s the worst hotel in Asansol, and there are better places in the locality.
