We stopped here for lunch while travelling and really enjoyed the food, especially the tasty Bengali alu dish. Chiken Kalimirch, Murgh Tikka Masala, and the special Bengali menu are worth trying. Service was prompt and the staff attentive. The manager took a special interest in looking after guests, which made us feel cared for. The restaurant was kid friendly and even gave the kids a complimentary snack. It was neat and clean, with good parking. All in all, a good experience. Cheers!

For a premium hotel, it's shocking how little they seem to care about basic comfort. The kitchen exhaust fan was roaring like a factory, making it impossible to sleep or relax, and management seemed completely indifferent. I can't understand where the owners put their profits when not a rupee seems to go toward upkeep or guest comfort. The price is a disgrace for what you get. If you want rest, quiet, or value for money, stay away.

The in-house restaurant service was terribly slow: breakfast took 40 minutes to arrive. Room cleaning was handled just as unprofessionally. When I asked for a towel, they said none was available and they'd bring one tomorrow, so I had to share the previous day's single towel for a day. A really bad experience from a place calling itself a 3 star.

We had a great stay. Rooms were good, beds comfortable, and washrooms clean. The food was amazing, parking was spacious, and the staff were friendly. Must try!
