The quiet green setting was the reason I chose this hotel for two nights in November, and the surroundings really are peaceful. But the stay itself didn’t live up to that promise. Staff coordination was poor even with few guests around, and they seemed unsure how to handle basic requests. It gave me the impression of inadequate training and management. Food portions at the restaurant were small for the prices. When I ordered from outside, staff seemed reluctant to bring simple things like plates or glasses. Room service didn’t start until after 9 a.m., so early tea or breakfast wasn’t possible. The lack of hospitality and organization spoiled what could have been a restful break. Better attention to service and staff training would make a real difference.

Kaju the doggie was the best part, nearly forgot to mention him! This is a peaceful place if you want quiet, close to everything but far enough from the crowds. Getting there feels magical, passing beneath a huge Banya tree with hanging flowers and red Indian soil, almost like arriving in paradise. The room is spacious, with a great AC unit and a nice tub in the bathroom. There’s a well kept pool and a beautiful garden too. The desk staff were pleasant and helpful, and the kitchen crew were the sweetest.

Those aesthetic cottages give the property so much charm, and every corner feels thoughtfully put together. It’s Instagram-worthy while still feeling peaceful. I visited with friends a week ago and we fell for the serene, calming vibe right away. A lovely choice for unwinding in nature with a touch of luxury. Can’t wait to return! ✨

We were greeted by a cat at reception, and I love that they care for the cats who sometimes wander in. The place is calm and quiet, with beautiful, well maintained plants all around. The swimming pool is nice and gets cleaned daily. The cafe food was delicious, and the service was kind.
