The room was spacious and kept clean, and we had good food and service from reception and the other teams. One small suggestion: please include a sanitary disposal bag in the toiletries kit. It would be helpful for guests. Thank you.

The way the team handled our booking problem made the stay memorable. A third party system error with our prepaid booking for two rooms delayed check in, which was disappointing, but the front desk stayed polite and composed, coordinated with the third party, and sorted it out efficiently. The hospitality staff took especially good care of our senior parents and four year old. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets, especially the excellent Russian salad. The restaurant manager and staff were polite and attentive, and the food was delicious. Thanks to Ginger Aurangabad's chef for the salad. Rehmat bhai at the travel desk arranged reliable transport with a good driver, Nisar Pathan. He knew the area fairly well and took us to all the sightseeing spots we had planned for that day. He also advised us about local shopkeepers during our planned mandir darshan and dropped us at the nearest parking for our stops. Arun from security shared useful local sightseeing ideas too, including what else we could visit by dusk. Sunil from housekeeping deserves credit for his honesty. My father left a small piece of luggage behind at checkout, and Sunil found it and returned it while we were still at the front desk. The staff's dedication to our comfort and needs overcame the initial check in trouble. I highly recommend Ginger Aurangabad.

The room was modern and everything worked as it should. The real standout was the friendly, welcoming staff, who were happy to help with any questions. That includes the security guards, breakfast team, and the lovely receptionists, Pranjali & Gelta !!

For a British couple travelling India on a budget, it was okay for a night or so. The staff were lovely and the wifi was good. Our room was spacious, with a clean bed and linen, but the room itself could have been cleaner. The aircon only blew cold, and the lights were far too bright with no lamps for reading at night. Some window locks were missing, so the windows stayed partly open and let in noise. The breakfast dining room was tiny, with too few seats and tables. Shower temperature kept varying too.
