The service was helpful, including valet parking and having our bags brought up. When we were running late, the manager also helped us order from the restaurant. The rooms were good for the reasonable rates, and the restaurant looked tidy with good food, though seeing a cockroach wandering over the table and seats was pretty disgusting. Someone offered to wash my car for 100, but when the valet returned it, it didn't feel clean. Still, the stay was good overall.

Parking was available, and the hotel is easy to spot from the road. We stayed one night with family. The rooms were average in size and decent, and although the property seems old, it was reasonably well kept. We had a small ventilation problem at first that got better once we turned on the AC. The staff, including the restaurant team, were polite and quick to respond. Driver lodging is available too, which is handy.

The staff were attentive and courteous, and dealt with my requests promptly. I found the room spacious, clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Breakfast had lots of choice and tasted great. It was a relaxing, comfortable stay at Hotel Grand Kailash, and I'd happily come back.

We arrived around 5 PM, but although snacks were listed as available 24*7, room service said the chefs had gone out and the kitchen wouldn't open until after 7. They also don't show Swiggy or Zomato. There was no hot water in the bathtub. We had to ask several times and wait 90 minutes before they turned on the heater. Very poor service.
