No hot water came from the tap, and the service was nonexistent. The sheets and blankets had already been used. I wouldn't consider staying here even for 1000.

The reception person was rude and kept disturbing me, and the rooms were filthy. It was a bad experience. Please don't visit, there are better options.

Bad experience here. The room wasn't clean, and the bedsheet was very dirty.

The staff were helpful, and the service was good, including laundry and an early check-in. They even helped me arrange a 4.30 am check-in and directed my tuktuk driver to pick us up there. The room was clean, with modern facilities like AC and a lift. The blanket could be better. Also, checkout is at 9 am, when the power in my room switched off automatically.

The dogs barking in the street all night kept us from sleeping. Inside, the room wasn't clean, the blankets smelled bad, cockroaches were everywhere, and the taps were broken. If I hadn't paid in advance, I'd have moved to another hotel. I think Zostel would have been the right choice, but it wasn't available. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
