The rooms are spacious, and it’s a very good place for families or couples to stay. The location near the railway station is too good.

The stay itself was decent, but checkout left us very disappointed. We knew the checkout time was 6:00 PM, though we expected a reminder from staff, as happens at many hotels. We ended up leaving at 7:30 PM, a little late. We explained this to the receptionist and asked if he could waive the extra charges as a courtesy, since a reminder might have prevented the delay. He wouldn’t cooperate and used abusive, unprofessional language. We were shocked and found it completely unacceptable. Hospitality also means how guests are treated. We hope management takes this seriously and trains staff to be more respectful and guest friendly.

The location is good, and the staff are courteous and humble. I’m taking off one star because the bathroom needs better maintenance.

I stay here often when traveling back from Pune to Nagpur, and I’ve had a great experience. The rooms are spacious and the service is excellent.

Hotel New Samrat is budget friendly and gives good value without compromising on service or quality. The staff are polite, courteous, and ready to help, and the clean, tidy interiors make the hotel feel pleasant. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. It’s close to the railway station, which makes getting around convenient for both business and leisure trips. I’d recommend Hotel New Samrat for a peaceful, convenient stay, whether you’re in town briefly or for longer.
