Hotel Platinum Inn

I had a good experience otherwise, and the rooms have nice ambient lighting. But the manager had promised complimentary breakfast, then charged me for it at checkout. There needs to be more transparency. Staff only brought toiletries when I asked.

For 3000, this place isn't worth visiting; to me it's worth 500. We had no towels or hot water, and cleanliness wasn't up to standard. The food was very, very bad, and they served what seemed to be different mutton while calling it goat mutton. At dinner, the waiter in the restaurant was drunk. The staff weren't cordial, and I didn't feel it was safe for couples. The whole visit was horrible, the worst hotel I've ever been to.

A nice place to stay. The staff are really friendly and polite, great hotel.

The hotel's location meant traffic noise kept us from sleeping, and they should have done something about noise cancellation. Hygiene needs improvement too. Room service was slow and didn't get things done. I wouldn't recommend staying overnight; it wasn't a good experience.
