The location made it easy to get to nearby attractions and transport, and I found Hotel Yash good value. I’d happily return and recommend it as a comfortable, reliable place to stay. The food was fresh and flavorful, whether from room service or the in-house restaurant. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a cozy bed and spotless linens. Housekeeping kept everything in good shape throughout the visit. From arrival, the staff made me feel welcome, check-in went smoothly, and they handled every request promptly and politely. The hospitality felt warm and homely, while still professional.

We booked and paid for a room through Make my trip, but just one hour before check-in we were told none were available. The person we spoke to was unhelpful. When we asked for help finding other accommodation, he seemed unconcerned and abruptly stopped picking up our calls. He also said the room was non-refundable. Eventually, Make my trip provided refund assistance. We were two women traveling to Sambhajinagar for the first time, and learning at night, an hour before we arrived, that our booking was cancelled was a terrible experience. I hope the hotel avoids this happening again and takes responsibility for the room availability it posts on booking platforms.

The rooms were badly worn, the TV didn’t work, and there wasn’t even a way to make tea without a tea maker. Service was about as poor as it could be, and management felt far too rigid. The rates were exorbitant too. I started hating myself for choosing this hotel. If negative ratings were possible, I’d give it -5.

The price was reasonable and the service was good. Hussain at the front desk helped me find an affordable auto to Bibi Ka Maqbara nearby. The security guard was helpful too: he urged the driver to charge a fair 350 and to wait there and bring me back. The staff were very cooperative.

The TV didn’t work, and there was barely any space to walk around because the room was so small.
