Lemon Tree Hotel, Aurangabad

We had a lovely view from the room, and the swimming pool was very clean. The rooms were spotless too, from the mattresses and washrooms to the well kept interiors. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices, and served with care. Everyone was so friendly, humble, and polite. Housekeeping, the managers, and the Citrus Restaurant team were all helpful and ready to assist with a smile. They made the trip special, and the stay was memorable and enjoyable. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

The travel desk arranged a top notch cab service, which made our trips to Ajanta/ Ellora caves, Grishneshwar temple, and other sights hassle free. Mr Saurabh Katkar was especially helpful before we arrived and throughout our stay. This was our first time staying at a Lemon Tree hotel, and it turned into a memorable trip for me and my wife. The hotel is built around a huge swimming pool, with palm trees and a strong emphasis on greenery. The layout is beautiful. Our spacious room had a lovely pool view, elegant furnishings, and was immaculately clean. The staff were caring and always smiling. The food was superb throughout the stay. Both breakfast and dinner buffets had lots of varied options. Thanks to Chef Sushil Joshi and his team for the great food and service. We'd love to stay at other Lemon Tree properties in the future, wherever we can.

We really liked the property's vibe, and the whole team made us feel comfortable. Palak and ashlesha at the front desk gave us a warm welcome and made check-in and checkout very smooth. Everyone was good, and the staff's dedication made the stay enjoyable 😊

The junior restaurant staff were polite, hardworking, and helpful. At peak times, just two waiters were managing orders, billing, and service efficiently on their own. We didn't run into any problems, but it seemed unfair that most of the work fell to the junior staff while senior staff were rarely involved in active service. The juniors handled everything very well even without supervision. We stayed at Lemon Tree Aurangabad. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the restaurant food was good. Special thanks to Chef Sushil Joshi for the taste and quality of the meals. He visited each table to ask if guests liked the food, and even made me a delicious starter that wasn't on the menu.
