The location near the station is convenient, but the stay itself and the basic breakfast fell short. The room had damp walls, loose electric switchboards that seemed dangerous, especially for families with children, and visible cockroaches. It wasn't properly sanitized, and the towels looked like they hadn't been changed in a long time. Service was poor too. The reception manager was arrogant and unprofessional, didn't offer even a basic greeting, and pressured us to book tours through him for his commission. After checkout, I asked to use a room for five minutes to change my three-year-old's diaper. He refused and sent me to a dirty, smelly lobby toilet. With maintenance and management like this, I won't return, and I'll recommend nearby Hotel Grand Lushwood instead.

Getting to the railway station on foot only takes a few minutes, even with medium luggage, and the location is good. The room and washroom were clean, and spacious enough for a couple. I stayed recently while visiting Aurangabad to cover Grishneshwar, Ellora and Ajanta caves, but I'm giving only three stars because there was no hot water when we checked in around 7pm. Reception said it wouldn't be available again until 5am the next day. In winter, that's a big problem for bathing, and management should address it.

The room and bathroom were reasonably clean, and the hotel is very close to the station. Apart from that, there was little to like. Treebo advertises hot water around the clock, but it was only available from 5 AM to 10 AM. After a tiring day out, we had none in the winter, and on the second morning it was delayed enough to disrupt our schedule. The kettle had no lid; when I asked, they brought only a lid, then I noticed there was no spout either. They replaced it with one that had a patched wire and a burnt bottom, something I've never seen in a hotel. Cockroaches on the room table made me worry they'd crawl into my ears while I slept. The TV didn't work, and the room boy said the subscription wasn't renewed. They don't take debit or credit cards. The free breakfast was poor quality, and though it was meant to start at 7.30 AM, the kitchen staff arrived at 7.15 AM. There are plenty of other hotels in the area.

There was no card payment option, and paying was very inconvenient for such a big hotel. Room service was poor, the walls were damp, the lights dim, and the boards around the electric sockets were coming loose. The workers' behavior was unacceptable too. Someone in my family liked the chutney and asked for a little to take away, but they refused, saying they had no container. Staying here felt like a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend it, even to people with money to waste.
