Treebo Villa Inn Aurangabad

The hot water was the one good thing. The hotel is shabby and unclean, the toilets are ugly, and the sheets, towels, and curtains weren't clean. The mirror is placed so badly I had to get ready in the bathroom. Treboo needs to refurbish the whole property or remove it from the list. It isn't worth staying at.

I booked a room for two days, but the receptionist was hardly at his desk and I waited nearly 10 minutes before anyone showed up. At 7:00 PM I asked for a water bottle, a few coffee sachets, and two cups. Nothing came by 7:30, so I called again. The receptionist said, "Sir, I forgot". The water arrived first, then the coffee pouches ten minutes later, and finally the cups. It took 54 minutes in all. The washroom door listed a shaving kit, dental kit, and comb, but none were there. Treebo's service was extremely horrible. I'd give less than one star if I could.

Villa, Aurangabad (Treebo) is marketed as a 3-star hotel, but it feels like nothing more than a lodge. The damp rooms are poorly maintained, service is terrible, and the bathrooms are dirty and unhygienic. It's absolutely not worth staying here, and I don't recommend it at all.

The photos show clean, nice rooms and a restaurant, but the hotel has no restaurant and the rooms weren't clean. Parking is another problem: there's room for only two vehicles, and there isn't proper parking.
