Welcom Rama International

The chicken kebab and naan we ordered for dinner were delicious, but other parts of our stay at Rama ITC from 24th Jan 2025 to 27th Jan 2026 could have been better. Check-in was quick, and someone promptly escorted us to our ground-floor deluxe room, room 126. I missed having a welcome drink or basket there, especially after booking three nights at a premium hotel. Later I spotted the welcome drinks pushed against a wall at the far end of the lobby, where they were easy to miss and staff didn't acknowledge them. Housekeeping was a real frustration on 26th Jan. We left around 7.30am for sightseeing with the room door cleaning switch on, but when we came back at 1.30pm, a staff member told us the room still hadn't been done and would be further delayed. I asked for it to be cleaned within half an hour, then had to call again to remind them. It was finally cleaned at 2.30pm, six hours late. The room needed more care. The shower leaked after use, housekeeping should have cleaned the bathtub better, and the floor under the TV console was extremely dirty, as if it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. I found it after dropping something that rolled underneath. Please check that area soon. Breakfast service was also lacking. At about 7.30am on 25th Jan, the dining area was messy and staff were slow to clear and tidy tables. Luckily, I found one clean table. The menu leaned mostly toward continental and South Indian food, with only poha and daal khichdi as local choices. I had hoped for vada pav, missal, and other Maharashtrian breakfast items. On checkout day, a couple of veteran breakfast staff promptly asked us to post Google reviews of their service “for motivation”. We’re happy to give fair, honest feedback, but we hadn't had the kind of above-and-beyond service that called for praise online. Checking if we need anything or bringing eggs to the table is basic service at a reputable hotel. The stay wasn't bad, but small gestures matter if you want guests to return. An ITC booking should feel memorable across all parts of the hospitality.

The food was amazing, and the rooms and toilets were clean and hygienic in this well maintained property. Mr. Kailash ji and Mr. Limba gave us a warm welcome. Mr Gajanand, Pawan kumar, and Gopal ji from housekeeping took special care of us during our pleasant, comfortable stay at ITC Rama International by ITC, Sambhaji Nagar. They served a delicious traditional Marathi thali when we asked, and even specially arranged Puran Poli, which we really enjoyed. The hospitality, cleanliness, and food quality made the visit memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sambhaji Nagar.

The rooms were clean and spacious, especially the upgraded ones, and the food was tasty with a slight western influence. My younger sister and I really appreciated how kind and attentive everyone was. The restaurant workers Mr LALIT and Mr SANJEEV made us feel welcome and treated us to a warm dinner and breakfast. Every staff member we met was respectful and kind. For luxury, great service, and good food, this is the hotel for you. Enjoy, and thank you ITC!! Zaraina And Vayuna

Breakfast and dinner staff were wonderful, and service overall was excellent. Sanjeev Pawan Kumar, Shaym, and Ganesh deserve a special mention for their excellent restaurant service. A couple of things could be improved. Housekeeping should set the shower to tap or hand shower mode, since sudden cold water is unpleasant. The front desk should explain which WiFi option to choose, as having two different complimentary options can be confusing.
