Good hotel in a good location.

We especially liked how efficient and helpful the staff were. There was plenty of parking, and the food was excellent and freshly cooked each time we ordered. We loved staying here.

The owner started arguing when I asked for a refund, and the guests are abused. The staff themselves told me another guest had filed a police complaint. Please don’t get caught in this place’s trap. This isn’t a hotel in my view, but a Dharamshala turned into a third-class guest house. The pictures appear to be fake, showing a different four-star hotel with a similar name. They charge 3500-4000 for a place where I couldn’t even imagine staying, though lodges like it cost only 500-600.

The rooms and maintenance were average, and they weren’t cleaned for two days. The boy who also worked as receptionist was good, though, and made tea whenever we asked. It’s very near the temple, but nobody knows the route. The location was terrible, hard to put into words.
