This was among the worst hotels I've stayed in over the last 20 years. The rooms were tiny, the promises weren't kept, and the service was extremely poor. It's down a small lane. If you can't find another room, I'd ask you to reschedule your visit instead of staying here.
I had a really bad experience in Ayodya. Ram Inn was very dirty and smelled awful inside, and the older woman who owns it was rude. When I told her the bathroom wasn't clean, she just said, “What can I do?” Please don't check in or book online here. I got caught out and don't want others to have the same experience.
Please check the rooms before booking in Ayodhya. The two rooms we booked smelled so bad that we refused to check in and asked the manager for replacements. He then gave us a three-bed hall for everyone to share, with a common bathroom.
A decent hotel at reasonable rates.
Nice rooms for the price, and the staff are great. Amma ji is especially sweet and cute. A good budget place.
