Hotel Badami Court

The location made it easy to visit the Badami caves and nearby heritage sites, and Hotel Badami Court was good value for money. Our room was clean, roomy, and nicely kept, a relaxing place to come back to after exploring. The restaurant had a good variety, and breakfast was satisfying. The staff were warm and helpful. In the dining hall, a few people were especially polite, including the young man Devansh, who gave excellent service. I’d recommend the hotel to families and other Badami travelers looking for a peaceful, cosy stay.

There’s plenty of open space, a lovely pool, and a poolside area where you can have tea and snacks. Ask for something in the room and it arrives within minutes. The rooms exceeded our expectations, especially after a very poor experience in Hampi. From the moment you enter the parking area, the place has a welcoming feel. We got garlands and photos, and the staff were always cheerful, impeccably dressed, and ready to help. It isn’t cheap, but the comfort and facilities cost a fraction of what equivalent hotels elsewhere, especially abroad, charge. The hotel and its staff showed us what true hospitality should be. It’s the sort of place where you can really relax, and I strongly recommend it.

Breakfast was wonderful. Although it was meant to be a buffet, staff brought whatever we asked for straight to the table, freshly made and piping hot, with no delay. Everyone served us with a bright smile, and the service was quick and excellent. We were three couples visiting the caves and other sights, and Badami Court was just minutes from the main exploration site. We could take our time at Pattadakkal and Aiholi the next day. The restaurant was great, and the staff there made sure we had what we needed and felt comfortable. I felt they treated every guest the same way. Manager Mr Santosh made sure everyone was comfortable. Mr Nebeer, the chef, cooked wonderful vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Special thanks to Mr Divyansh, who served us at the table as if we were his own family. Our stay was excellent in every way, and we hope it stays that way until our next visit.

After an eight-hour drive from Bengaluru, the welcome at Hotel Badami Court was a lovely start to our stay. We were offered tender coconut water and marigold garlands, and there was ample parking. The hotel is a few Km from the bustle of Badami town. Our room had plenty of space, with an ante room that fit three people comfortably. The bathroom was large and spotless, with fresh, fluffy towels. Over our three days, Santosh and Simran were consistently helpful, and Chef Mondal served delicious, well-prepared food. The dining area and housekeeping staff were prompt, too. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and hospitality, and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Badami.
