It’s in a good location, but the service is really poor and the room prices aren’t justified. There’s no telephone, the WiFi doesn’t work, and the rooms are poorly lit. The washroom was leaking. When we complained, they told us to keep the jet tap closed, and the staff just said to talk to their manager.

One thing in its favor is that it’s near the beach. But don’t rely on the booking photos: the property is very old. We paid 6000/- per room for 3 days, though it felt worth only 2000/-. We stayed three days and the rooms weren’t cleaned even once. They said room service is available only from 11 am to 5 pm, times when I don’t think anyone would be staying in their room. One room had so many bed bugs that I couldn’t sleep on the first night. The shower pressure was very low, and they said it was under repair.

There’s no value for money here. I couldn’t even bring myself to drink the water, and the room kettle looked so unclean. There’s no parking, which is the bare minimum. Even if you do park, they charge extra for 24 hours, which is unprofessional and unacceptable.

You can stay here. The food was good, service was on time, and the manager was supportive. It’s a good hotel, though there are minor issues: the TV doesn’t work, and neither does the WiFi in the room. Thanks.
