Waves 18 By OYO Rooms

For 1000rs per room in July, the rooms were pretty decent for the price, and Baga beach is an easy walk away. We visited during monsoon season, though, and the walls were leaking. It’d help to have a hanger or somewhere to dry clothes.

We booked three nights but could barely manage one. There were bugs in the room, and the sheets and pillowcases were stained. The bathroom and wash basin looked dirty, even though they worked. We weren’t refunded for the nights we didn’t stay. Avoid this place if you expect clean rooms.

We had a really enjoyable stay at Waves 18 and would gladly recommend it to friends and relatives. Breakfast was lovely, especially the alu paratha. Baga beach is close by, and Mr. Surendra, the proprietor, was very helpful. The staff were cooperative too. Thank you, we’d love to come back.

The infrastructure was poor, and when we ran into a problem, none of the owners showed up or even answered the phone. Before check-in the owner described several facilities and promised a fair price, but those promises changed when we arrived. We had a very bad experience and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. They are frauds and as*ho**s.
