Hotel Sonar Bangla Kolaghat

We stayed here for the second time and enjoyed the cool evenings by the Rupnarayan beneath the thatched shelters. The garden and large pool were well cared for, and service was very good. Biplab Ghosh looked after us attentively in the restaurant. Hilsha was excellent, and the complimentary breakfast included a nice range, from fruit and sprout salads to uttapam, luchi, custard, mihidana, and more. Music from the Ripples bar carried loudly to our room, but after I raised it, they acted quickly and turned it down.

The deluxe room was where I stayed, and I had a great time. The resort is in a lovely spot, has plenty of parking, a huge lawn, and even a small football field. The large infinity pool was clean and looked great, and the amenities were well maintained. Food was top notch and fairly priced. My only gripe was breakfast, which wasn't that good. Otherwise, I had no complaints.

The premium room was good and standard, and the location is nice. The bathroom could use a little modernization. Food needs work too: taste, quality, presentation, service, and utensils all need upgrading. Given what it costs, the food doesn't feel fairly priced for its quality and presentation. I'm still staying in Room Number 124 at hotel sonar Bangla kolaghat, and so far the room has been comfortable, clean, and well kept. Mr. Bapan Dinda has made a real difference with his professional, polite, and helpful service. He's dependable, handles things smoothly and on time, and clearly cares about guests being satisfied. My stay has been very comfortable thanks to his attitude and support. Based on my experience here, I'd recommend the hotel. Staff like Mr. Bapan Dinda reflect well on its service.
