Itc Gardenia A Luxury Collection Hotel Bengaluru

The anniversary room decorations and cake were beautiful. Miss Sebanti was wonderful about helping customize everything and make it feel personal. Cajsa restaurant was good too. I had the seven-course dinner; some dishes were just fine, but the meal was a nice experience overall. Kudos to chef Vashnita (sorry if I have the name wrong) for the dishes and for accommodating changes. The room was spacious, with a large bathroom and all the toiletries provided. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. An iPad controls the TV, lights, food menu, and orders, though I would have liked more TV channels. My anniversary stay at ITC Gardenia was great, with lovely service, staff, and food. It is a bit pricey, but really worth it. I’d highly recommend staying here.

The place has a very artistic look and feel, and breakfast was tasty with an extensive spread. At reception, though, the staff seemed to be competing with each other instead of working together. It was actually pretty amusing to watch.

The coffee shop is easy to get to and works well for a quick stop. Prices are definitely high, though that’s typical at a luxury hotel. I stopped by ITC Gardenia for coffee and found the atmosphere, architecture, and greenery very pleasant. It has a distinctive, premium feel, just what you’d expect from a five-star property. I’m planning to come back for a stay soon and hope it’s just as good.

The location is spot on, and the decor and ambience were lovely. The beds were cozy, and the staff were friendly, polite, and clearly hardworking. Still, constant noise was bad luck during my visit. I was in Bengaluru for two nights, first on the 21st floor, where there was a ton of construction noise that lined up perfectly with my jet lag. I asked to move and was put on the 17th floor. The first day there was fine, but I heard noise again in the afternoon. I had plans to be out, so didn’t go downstairs about it. Breakfast had an amazing range. The staff were very attentive on Saturday, but Sunday was busier and I waited several minutes for my kulcha and chole. The kulcha came after 20 minutes, but the chole didn’t, so I had to remind them. Coffee was similar. They tried their best, but given the price and the reason for my visit, it didn’t feel worth it to me. I also ordered a margarita pizza, which tasted very average. I wasn’t expecting pizza like they serve in the US, but I had hoped it would be good.
