Aayush Corporate Stays by OYO Rooms

The staff’s behavior was really bad and unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend going unless there’s no other option. I booked through the site, but at reception they said they couldn’t give me an AC room for the offer price. When I pointed out that I’d already booked, the staff member said he didn’t care and wouldn’t get a good commission. He then quoted 1700 for an AC room, which I agreed to, but when I started paying he said it was 1900 and that I’d probably heard him wrong. The lift wasn’t working, so I had to take the stairs to my room. The bathroom shower didn’t work, the blanket and pillows were dirty, and there wasn’t even a water bottle in the room. I could overlook the room standards, but not the way I was treated.

The only good thing was the spacious room. The staff are arrogant, and I wouldn’t trust the OYO app reviews. They get you to click five stars while you’re busy checking out, and there’s no way to edit the review afterward. The AC doesn’t cool the room, it just blows air. The ceiling fan isn’t over the bed, and you can’t move the bed. The room smells terrible, and mosquitoes are everywhere even with all the doors shut.

The staff were extremely unprofessional and don’t know how to behave. The elevator wasn’t working, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs even though I had a sprained knee, and nobody came to help. There were long power cuts again and again, while nearby places had electricity. I was kept waiting an hour before getting a room, and they charged me extra through OYO for vague reasons. The service here is a joke. Worst experience ever.

We had three guests in one room and two in another, and there was enough space. It’s a good lodge in a peaceful neighborhood and felt safe for women. The rooms don’t come with amenities like glasses or plates, but you can ask reception for them.
