The location is good, and the ground floor has only vegetarian food. The room photos are of room 101. The mattress and bed covers were very old, torn, and smelly, and there was no toilet paper. They should provide glasses and water bottles too. The complimentary breakfast needs explaining, since it isn't unlimited. The flush was so slow that we had to pour water in with a bucket. I went to the counter three times and nobody was there, so they should keep a receptionist at the desk. Management could take a cue from “ Air avenue hotel “, which offers better service and quality products at about the same price.

We had a terrible experience and won't choose this hotel next time. The person at the counter was rude on 17th April 2026. They said breakfast was complimentary, but wouldn't offer it to small kids. The room had nothing like towels or soap.

The location is the main advantage, especially for a short city visit with work nearby. If you're vegetarian and need a quick bite, there's a southindian fast food outlet on the ground floor. The manager, Lokesh, works hard and responds quickly, but management doesn't seem to train the rest of the staff. Staff may come into your room in the middle of the night saying someone from OYO is there for a surprise check. I still don't know if that was real. Hot water can be only lukewarm, and the cable offers just a handful of free channels when it's working. The WiFi is good and the AirCon works well.

I've stayed here multiple times, both through OYO and directly, and the service has been good. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the toilets are well built and kept up. There's also a high class veg restaurant on the ground floor. It's very close to Bangalore airport.
