The hotel's location is accessible and about the only good thing I can say. Our room smelled strongly unpleasant, and the stained bed sheets clearly weren't freshly changed. Cleanliness and hygiene were far below an acceptable level. We told reception about the room and asked for help, but staff showed little interest and didn't resolve anything. Their manner felt unprofessional and lacked basic customer service. Poor maintenance and service outweighed any benefit of the location, and none of the expected comfort, cleanliness, or courtesy was there during my stay. I can't recommend it for a pleasant stay. There are better nearby options with cleaner rooms and better hospitality. Management needs to improve upkeep and staff training.

Even after they moved me to a different room twice, I found the same problems: leaking bathroom pipes and short shower hoses. The rooms were in bad shape, with pesticides around and cockroaches. They wouldn't change the sheets for the next three days, and the towels were torn. People may choose it for the prime location, but management needs to get the place clean and keep it that way.

The rooms are roomy and well furnished, and the staff were courteous and ready to help. The amenities were very good, and the location made it easy to get around Bangalore. My stay at The Atlantic Inn Hotel was comfortable and pleasant. There was a slight bad smell in the room, which was disappointing, though it didn't ruin the stay. It'd be good if management fixed that for future guests. A small improvement would make this a great choice.

The service was very bad. There's no proper car parking, and the reception staff were very rude to customers.
