I stayed at Colive Brent Bellandur from Jan 26-April 30th 2026. The agreement said my deposit would be refunded to the original payment method, but I still haven't received it. I redeemed the amount from passbook, and nothing has been initiated. It's been a pathetic experience. I've contacted the National Consumer helpline too, and I'm planning to sue the company.
The environment was peaceful, the rooms were clean, and the food was good. Management was supportive and quick to respond. I had a great stay at this PG and highly recommend it.
They took ₹12,000 in advance from my friend and me, then tried to impose absurd terms in the rental agreement. This feels like a pattern: they have several consumer cases pending, while CEO Suresh Rangarajan is busy talking up the $20 million they raised. I’m preparing a consumer case too and will share the CC number so others can refer to it. If you’re thinking of moving here, check their history first.
Colive kept my ₹9,000 security deposit. The comments on their Instagram account show plenty of other customers complaining about the same thing.
