The location is convenient for getting around Bangalore, and the nearby area is calm. Check-in was smooth, and the property looks neat from outside. My room had decent space and was reasonably clean, though some fittings and amenities looked old and could use better upkeep. Service was a little slow, with basic requests taking longer than expected. Breakfast choices were limited, and both the quality and variety could be better. My short visit to Treebo Elmas Boutique was average. It's budget-friendly and works for a quick stay, but more attention to detail could make it a better experience.

The ratings, especially the 5-star ones, seem manipulated or hyped and are misleading. Check the lowest ratings instead to get a sense of the hotel's real condition.

Breakfast on the terrace was a letdown. The area was unacceptably dirty, and the coffee and breakfast items were cold. Cleanliness in the dining space was poor. My room wasn't cleaned when I arrived. Toiletries were missing, the telephone didn't work, and the hot-water kettle I requested for making coffee or tea didn't work either. A strong cigarette smell lingered throughout the room, even after I tried air freshener. Given these problems, I strongly advise against staying here.
