The worst part was the bathroom, which was very dirty and badly maintained. The sheets and pillows felt irritating against the skin, and the rooms weren't cleaned properly; the interiors looked run down too. We had to call the front desk for basics like towels, water, and dental kits, since none were provided upfront. Calls often went unanswered and replies took ages. I don't see how this can be called a 3-star hotel when these basics are missing. Definitely wouldn't recommend it.

The location seemed fine, but hygiene and upkeep were a problem. I spotted cockroaches in the bathroom, the TV was broken, and the service fell short. A disappointing stay.

This was my second stay, and it went badly. Although I had called ahead to check, they weren't prepared to honor my online booking. The room was messy and the toilet smelled awful. I had paid well before arriving, yet still had to ask for a clean towel and an extra bed. Not a good experience.

Cockroaches were all over the place, the TV didn't work, and the bathroom reeked of urine. There wasn't even an exhaust fan in there. The worst stay I've ever had.

The hall worked well for our gathering of about 20-25 people, whether for business meetings or a small party. Tea was included, and they could arrange milk for children if asked. It was a quiet, green, clean setting, with Garuda Mall just across the road and within walking distance. The staff were friendly and polite when we chatted with them at reception. The one letdown was the washrooms, which weren't hygienic and need attention.
