Capital O 82296 Safari Rooms

At check-in they even took extra money from us. The staff were awful, the beds weren’t proper, the rooms had a weird smell, and there were no towels or water supply. This was the worst third class hotel I’ve stayed at. Please never go to this shitty place. I’d say the hotel should be closed permanently.

The room was decent for a short visit, though the TV didn’t work. We found the place convenient for getting to Dr. Ambedkar Medical College, Manjushree Education Institutions (Nursing & Healthcare), and Kaval Byrasandra Bus Stand, which matters in an area with few hotel options. We booked a non-AC double cot room after arriving around 8:30 AM to ask in person. The usual ₹1,000 rate covered noon check-in through 11:00 AM the next day, and arriving early meant another ₹400 for 8:30 AM to noon. A bit pricey, since similar rooms are usually ₹800-₹850.

The bed was filthy, the service was terrible, and the staff member was disrespectful. Friends, please don’t book this hotel.

At checkout I was met with unpleasant remarks because nobody had told me about the “only 3 members allowed in a single room” rule when I checked in. The receptionist came across as rude and didn’t communicate well. Aside from that issue, my stay at Safari Rooms was pleasant and the facilities were satisfactory. I hope management addresses how the policy is explained and how guests are treated.
