We felt safe during our comfortable eight-day stay. After we came back late from our daily activities, the staff would cheerfully open the door and welcome us. Nondu, Niranjan, Shiv Shankar and Raju helped us, and breakfast was simple and tasty. A few things could be better: the glasses smelled nasty, and at breakfast the tables should be cleaned every day and napkins put out without having to ask. We also had to ask for fresh towels each day, though they should be provided based on the number of guests. After showering, water wouldn’t drain and flowed back toward the commode.

It’s in a really quiet spot, and you can order through Zomato and have food brought right to your room. The room was neat and tidy, with clean towels, and the AC and TV were both in good working order.

We booked 20 rooms, and one had an electrical short that needed fixing. For the money we paid, they should have been prepared. The bathrooms were in bad shape, with doors that wouldn’t close properly. Food wasn’t good, and the place for lunch and dinner wasn’t good either. We asked for an iron and waited an hour, then had to go downstairs to ask again. Room service was pathetic. For that level of service, I’d say the right price is 550 rupees per room for one day.

I went there and spoke with the people maintaining the place. They said it used to be an OYO before COVID, but isn’t one now. This is a boys’ PG, not a hotel. The phone number listed here belongs to the former owner, and they said many people had come thinking it was a hotel and paid half or all of the booking money in advance. Don’t call that number.
