From the outside it looks good, but checking in was so worst. There were juice stains on the wall, and the old pillow cover and bedspread weren’t clean. We couldn’t tell if they even change them regularly. I wouldn’t suggest visiting based on the pictures, location, or offers on booking applications.

A staff member rode along the footpath outside, and when a girl asked him not to park there, he threatened her. The staff were incredibly rude. The hotel needs proper parking or people who treat women respectfully. Shameless.

The bathroom was neat and clean, the rooms were good, and the location worked well. Service was the best, with supportive staff.

The rooms were decent and Caramel Hotel is in a prime area, but our stay last Saturday was frightening. There were 10 to 12 drunk men in the next room, shouting, banging doors, and swearing all night. We felt unsafe and were afraid to leave our room, even in the morning. No one from reception contacted us or stepped in while it was happening. The staff made no effort to calm things down or make sure the other guests were safe and comfortable.
