After I booked a Deluxe Room through MMT, the manager gave us a standard room on arrival, saying the deluxe option had sold out. These hotels aren’t transparent or trustworthy with customers. They seem focused on making money rather than hospitality, whatever guests end up facing. I stood my ground, canceled immediately, and contacted MMT customer care, who helped us. Be careful with these chains. This place took advantage of the situation we were in. Please take strict action against the people running it, and avoid staying here. It was needless harassment for genuine customers. Shame on you.

The only plus is the low price. The rooms were noisy, the food was terrible, and staff were intrusive. Coordination was awful too. Even though I’d paid in advance, there was a problem with my early check-in, and they put me in a smoking room when I don’t smoke.

A big no from me. The service was the worst.

The room is okay, but you have to get tiffin outside. Fine for one person.
